Design and Display

The Infinix Note 7 without a doubt features the best chassis design on any smartphone in the Infinix Note series. It is unarguably one of the best-looking Infinix smartphones.

Despite note been built with premium materials, you have got a design that could pass as befitting for a mid-range flagship smartphone.

On the rear, you have got a combo of a gradient design and a psychedelic color pattern that emits different colors based on how it’s tilted.

You also get a circular camera bump housing quad cameras and beneath is the Infinix Note moniker, which indicates that its an Infinix smartphone from the Note series.

Upfront, you have got a 6.95 inch IPS LCD display with a hole punch camera cut-out. This display has a screen resolution of 720 x 1640 and a pixel density of 258 ppi.

The Cameras

The Infinix Note 7 specs sheet reveals a camera that shows substantial upgrades from its predecessors. For starters, it features a quad-camera system on the rear, as opposed to the triple camera on its predecessor.

Its quad-camera system is home to a 48MP primary camera, a 2MP macro camera, a 2MP depth camera and another 2MP camera, which is a dedicated video camera.

This camera setup is capable of taking photos in HDR, Panorama and also shoot videos capped at 1080p at 30fps. Expect good quality photography capability with improved low light performance.

While the rear camera on the Note 7 and Note 7 Lite are essentially the same, they differ in the way they are arranged.

One major difference between the Infinix Note 7 and Note 7 Lite is the upgraded selfie camera. Selfies are captured by a 16MP camera. This camera is also capable of shooting 1080p videos at 30fps.

Boasting of a 2.8 μm lens, f/1.8 aperture, and a 5 element lens system, the smartphone promises impressive low light performance.

Hardware and Software

The Infinix Note 7 falls in the category of lower-midrange Android Phones However, it offers a spec combo capable of running some tasks with micro delay.

Inside the Infinix Note 7 is an octa-core MediaTek Helio G70 processor, a Mali-G52 2EEMC2 graphics processing unit, 4GB or 6GB RAM, 64GB or 128GB of internal storage and a non-removable 5000mAh battery.

The smartphone is promising improved gaming experience compared to the Note 6.

On the software side of the things, you have got the XOS 6.0 user interface running on the Android 10.0 operating system.

Connectivity

The Infinix Note 7 features a 3.5mm headphone jack, a version 2.0 Micro-USB port, dual-band wifi, Bluetooth 5.0.

Internet connectivity on the Infinix Note 7 is capped at 4G LTE. which means downloads and streaming will be capped at 4G speeds.
